Dashdecisions.com is operated by Dash Solutions Inc., a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada, under its operating name Dash Decisions. This page explains what the site does with information, and the terms under which its content is provided.
Privacy
What this site collects. This site has no accounts, sign-ups, or forms, and does not collect personal information through them. If you contact Dash Decisions by email, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, and use it only to respond and, where relevant, to scope and deliver an engagement. As with any website, the hosting provider may record standard technical logs — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — for security and basic operation.
Cookies. The site uses only the functional cookies necessary for it to run, such as those set by its software and caching layer. It does not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies, and it does not build profiles of visitors. If tracking is ever added, this page will be updated and any required notice provided before it takes effect.
Third-party providers. The site is hosted, and email is handled, through third-party service providers that process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone.
Your information. Dash Solutions Inc. handles personal information in line with applicable Canadian privacy law. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email dave@dashdecisions.com.
Legal
Not advice. The content on this site — including the methodology descriptions, the deal-killer flag framework, and any published analysis — is general information about how Dash Decisions works and how it thinks about HMA economics. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and reading it does not create any advisory or client relationship. Engagements are governed by their own written scope and terms.
Intellectual property. The Master Deal Engine, the eight-flag framework, the analytical methodology, and the text and design of this site are the intellectual property of Dash Solutions Inc. The framework may be referenced and cited with attribution. It may not be reproduced wholesale or repackaged as a competing methodology.
Case studies. Any engagement examples on this site are anonymized and illustrative. Identifying details have been removed or altered, and no example identifies, or is intended to identify, any specific transaction, owner, or operator. Any resemblance to a particular deal is not a disclosure of it.
Governing law. This site and these terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
